1. Introduction
Welcome to Canise Retreats. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
2. Booking and Payment
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of a determined amount of the total retreat cost is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the retreat location. See the retreat reservation page for deposit requirements.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by the date listed on the retreat reservation page.Â
Payment Plans: Some retreats will have payment plans and booking deadlines. See the retreat reservation page for payment plan and booking deadline guidelines.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant:
Each retreat may have varying cancellation policies due to the policy of the host hotel. See your retreat reservation page for the specific cancellation policy for your retreat.
Cancellation by Canise Retreats: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as non-refundable flights.
4. Changes to Booking
Participant-Initiated Changes: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Canise Retreats-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary or accommodations if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
5. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: Participants must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee all requests.
Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all participants to have travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Canise Retreats does not provide travel insurance.
6. Liability
Canise Retreats and Carlie Bell are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during the retreat. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the local community. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Canise Retreats will not sell your private information. All information shared for booking will be used for retreat purposes only including but not limited to hotel accommodations, excursions, meal planning, and airport transfers.
